In 2016, I edited a book of new myths, legends, and fairytales about Indianapolis called Mythic Indy. The Indianapolis Star ran a nice cover feature on the anthology, which you can read here. In addition, NUVO Newsweekly, Indianapolis's alternative newspaper, published a story about the anthology and a reading that the Indianapolis Central Library hosted here.

A couple of years back I agreed to be a "captive writer" at The Kurt Vonnegut Memorial Library for Banned Books Week. I lived, worked, and slept in the front window of the library for the entire week. I signed up for the stunt because I knew it would get publicity for Banned Books Week and the Vonnegut Library—but it got me a little attention, too, which is never a bad thing for a freelance writer.
